REFUNDS AND RETURNS
For returns, Bootleggers will typically do an exchange for the same value. All we ask is that the item is returned to us unused, in original condition and with all labels attached.

If your product is faulty, Bootleggers guarantees to replace it, including the freight cost. Before you return it to us please email us at email@example.com to tell us what’s wrong with it and attach a photo as we may replace the product without you having to return it. Please note that we may ask you to send the product back to us before we send a replacement.
Bootleggers does not disclose buyers' info to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Buying stuff couldn’t be easier. Just cruise our store, and add any items that you’d like to buy into the shopping cart. All products and their descriptions are updated on the regular. After you’ve finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you’ll be asked to pop in a few details to complete your order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
If you’ve made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in your shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
Delivering the goods (and good times)
After we receive payment for your order, Bootleggers will process your order and dispatch it to you within two days. We’ll then fire an email over to you to let you know your order has been sent. If for some reason we’re out of stock you’ll be notified right away.
After dispatch delivery within our beautiful country takes 1 - 3 days depending on where you live. Delivery is free to New Zealand cities – choice! We charge $10 for rural deliveries.
Please drop us an email if you’d like us to send further afield than New Zealand.
Damaged and Lost Goods
On receiving the goods please let us know within two working days if the goods have been damaged in transit so that we sort this out with the delivery company and correct the problem as soon as poss.
If you don’t receive the goods within two weeks of delivery, drop us an email and we’ll track it down.
For any of the above, please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through Shopify Payments.
Please submit payment to our provided account, and put your name and/or order number as reference.

Our products are crafted and produced with great care and 100% attention to detail. We hope you’ll be stoked with your purchase. However if you’re not 100% satisfied, please get in touch with us and we’ll sort something out.

Terms of Trade
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
